The eDocument, Task and Records Management (eDTRM) solution resides on the Joint Solution Provider (JSP) SIPRNet and NIPRNet Domains. The scope of this project includes the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support and administration of the Enterprise Records Management (ERM) applications. The ERM application is supported on a Linux platform that is based on Alfresco Enterprise Content Management Repository and SQL Server 2012 R2 Database. The need is to maintain this system providing service sustainment support, engineering and deployment support, and project management and application accreditation support.
O&M includes running operational components designed for administrators and/or operators, monitoring and maintaining the operational integrity of the system during operation cycles, configuration management, address defects or minor enhancements within the O&M context, communicating with external organization, and tracking activities performed through logs, status reports, matrices, and available statistical information and analysis.
The Software Engineer/Developer works with the project team to determine software requirements and plans, designs, develops and implements customized software project solutions.
