    Clearance:  Must have current Secret clearance, verifiable in JPAS

    Period of Performance:  This work is contingent upon award.  Estimated POP begins July 2018 and runs through July 2023 (Base year plus four option years)

     

    The purpose of this task order is to secure support for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center

    Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic) Tactical Service-Oriented Architecture (TSOA) IPT and its systems

    in the following functional areas:

    • Engineering
      • Systems and Software Engineering Support
      • Software Development
      • Integration Support
    • Cybersecurity Support ; also known as Information Assurance (IA)
      • Design Changes
      • Self-Assessment and Independent Validation
      • System Vulnerability
      • Support ATO Accreditation
      • Penetration Testing
      • Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E)
    • Logistics
      • Distribution of TSOA products
      • Field Support to the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF)
    • Training Support
      • Provide Instruction on TSOA System
      • Participate in Product Support Groups
      • Conduct Training Courses (lectures, demonstrations, introduction videos, and practical application)

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Eight (8) years of progressive experience in computer systems operations
    • Six (6) years of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Capable of typing at a rate of 40 words per minute

    Note: Experience may be concurrent.

     

    This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
