    POP:  Contingent upon award, POP is projected to begin January 1 2019 for five years (1 base year, 4 option years)

    Clearance:  Must have current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.  Clearance must be verifiable in JPAS.

     

    The purpose of this contract is to provide mission-critical IT support for the Information Technology (IT) functions of the Directorate for Studies, Analyses and Assessments in Headquarters United States Air Force (AF/A9).  The support will be for 150 AF/A9 users on no less than three (3) separate networks.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Duties to be performed include:

    • Installation, configuration, hardening, patching, backup, auditing, audit log production, software version updating and troubleshooting required to deploy and maintain all of the IT assets and analytic models associated with the below network types (not all-inclusive):
      • Windows 2008 / 2012Servers
      • Domain Controllers
      • DHCP
      • Print Server
      • SharePoint 2013
      • VMware
      • SQL Server and WSUS
      • Linux SUSE and Red Hat Clusters – Job Schedulers
      • Network Cisco switches
      • Brocade SANSwitches
    • Support of Peer to Peer networks
      • Linux/Windows PCs connected to a non-server network
      • Networking between the PCs to include switching and cabling
      • Printers connected to both the server and non-server network
    • Support of all Linux/Windows and stand-alone PC's
    • Trouble shoot and implement solutions for Linux Cluster Systems
    • Reconfigure Cisco Switch when necessary
    • Maintain/monitor/support all Windows servers and domains
    • Regular backup of all files changed during the week
    • Set up of NIPRNET and SIPRNET workstations for individual use and all related IT support of the same

     

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED of each candidate (must be reflected in resume):

    • Experience installing Linux and Windows software applications on networked systems (physical and virtual) and on standalone systems (Linux and PC systems)
    • In-scope Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (verifiable in JPAS)
    • IAT Level II Certified

     

    This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
